We are a member of the international Zeman Beteiligungs GmbH group headquartered in Vienna, which brings together experienced steel structure manufacturers from across Europe.

We have been operating on the Polish market since 1992, where as an engineering company we were primarily involved in lightweight cladding systems.

In subsequent years, the main business profile became the design, prefabrication and assembly of steel hall structures intended for production, warehouse, logistics and commercial purposes. From medium-sized warehouse and production halls, through Agata Meble showrooms, to the vast Panattoni logistics centres.

We have also taken on engineering challenges, erecting structures whose unusual nature and complexity required an individual and meticulous approach. The scale of these challenges is illustrated by, among others, the Złote Tarasy in Warsaw, with its steel-and-glass dome covering the atrium, the clinker silo in Piechcin with a roof weighing over three hundred tonnes lifted in its entirety to a height of 37 m, and the observation tower in the Śnieżnik massif, where structural elements were transported by helicopter.

Adapting to the needs of the construction market in Poland, we have also developed general contracting services for production and warehouse halls, along with accompanying office buildings and auxiliary infrastructure. We carry out shell construction as well as erect facilities in accordance with the entrusted design, which we strive to optimize in agreement with the client.
