Prefabrication

The essence of our work with steel structures is, above all, knowledge of the material as well as technical and organizational thought - all linked by the competences and commitment of the engineering staff. This is how we identify our market segment and this is how we want to be perceived - as an engineering company that, along with the design and assembly works, also offers the delivery of the structure.

We carry out the prefabrication of heavy steel structures and structures based on SIN profiles in one of the companies belonging to the Zeman group - the steel structure factory Zekon Sp. z o. o., located in Ruda Śląska. It is a large and modern factory, ensuring a high level of quality of the manufactured structure and timely deliveries. The production plant's capabilities vary, depending on the type of structure, between 1200-1500 tons per month. The plant is equipped with CNC machine tools, a line for the production of SIN profiles, overhead traveling cranes, a plasma burner, a web preparation line, a press-drill, a saw-drill, an automatic sheet metal cutting machine, shot-blasting machines and many others.

Our projects are not only heavy structures and structures based on SIN profiles. Our offer also includes light truss structures, atypical structures and very heavy structures. Despite the close ties with our production plant, we contract many structures in satellite production plants - proven and friendly plants that produce for us on the basis of jointly developed principles. Our employees visiting cooperating factories take care to maintain appropriate quality and time standards.
